About Taino Breathwork

Taino Breathwork inspired by the Holotropic traditions of the 1970s and rooted in ancient
indigenous wisdom, this practice is a bridge between the physical and the metaphysical.
Centuries ago, practitioners journeyed into non-ordinary states of consciousness using only
the breath to find guidance, healing, and clarity.

Today, we pair curated soundscapes with rhythmic breathing to help the answers within you
unfold. What begins as an internal spark evolves into a shared experience through our 1:1 or
Group Integration sessions.

“Release the DMT compound through this human brain technique and unlock the spirit
molecule in a space built for transformation.”

Our practice is supported by a diverse collective of facilitators dedicated to holding space for
your transformation across the globe.

About Breathwork

Paying a Breathwork Facilitator provides you with a professional guide to help navigate
intense emotional and physical experiences that might be difficult or unsafe to manage alone.
While you can practice basic breathing on your own, a facilitator “holds space,” allowing you
to focus entirely on the experience while they manage your safety and the session’s pacing.

Key Benefits of Professional Facilitation

  • Safety and Trauma-Informed Support: High-intensity techniques (like Conscious
Connected Breathing) can trigger strong physical sensations or resurface stored trauma.
A trained facilitator recognizes these “big energy” releases and uses grounding
techniques to keep you from becoming overwhelmed.

  • Personalized Guidance: Facilitators tailor sessions to your specific goals—whether it’s
stress relief, emotional healing, or improving athletic performance—rather than following
    a generic script.

  • Deeper Exploration: A facilitator acts as a “companion” rather than just a teacher,
encouraging you to push boundaries and reach altered states of consciousness safely.

  • Nervous System Regulation: They are skilled in real-time observation, adjusting the
rhythm to help you move out of chronic “fight-or-flight” mode into a state of deep calm.

  • Integration Support: After a session, facilitators help you process and “integrate” the
insights or emotional shifts through guided reflection or sharing circles.

Book Taino Breathwork

Elevate your well-being with a transformative meditative session led by Orlando-based Taino
Breathwork Facilitator, Mike Gonzalez. Mike brings a unique Taino holistic approach to his practice by
blending traditional breathwork with movement and ‘authentic communication,’ offering a more active,
relational form of healing than standard quiet meditation.

Working specifically with facilitator Mike Gonzalez would provide:

  • Cultural Connection: A focus on Indigenous-inspired roots that emphasizes our connection to
    nature and community.

  • Performance Coaching: His focus on individual and group performance is great for high-achievers
or teams looking to build resilience and better communication under pressure.

  • Movement-Based Release: Because he integrates movement, you aren’t just sitting still; you’re
physically shaking off stress to find the purpose and self-discovery he fosters.

This holistic approach creates a lasting impact on both individual and group performance.
